I am writing a small script which uses cumin rest API.

Objective: Write a comment, a cumin ticket which can only be seen by a certain group

Language: Python

Problem: I do not set it How to set up so that only a certain group can be seen through new comment Jirah Rest API

I am creating a REST API which Android and iOS will serve some data for the app.

When a user signs up (using his phone number) a code is sent through SMS for the device, this code is received by the app or user is copied and the phone Deny the server to confirm number.

Code (password) can be exchanged for an access token for the pair phone number (user) API after the phone number.

My concern is this: Android and iOS apps keep data in a way that keeps the cache wiping ND app data? I do not want to send SMS [phone number, device] more than once by pair. (Eventually it will be sent again if the user changes or logs its phone number from any other device, then it is OK)
